‭‭Psalms‬ ‭15:1-3‬ ‭- Be Filled With Truth

“Lord, who can dwell in Your tent? Who can live on Your holy mountain? The one who lives honestly, practices righteousness, and acknowledges the truth in his heart — who does not slander with his tongue, who does not harm his friend or discredit his neighbor,”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭15:1-3‬ ‭

The truth seems elusive to us at times, in our  culture of lies. Whether it be a coworker’s dishonesty as they work their way to the top, a friend caught in the destruction of lies and gossip, or the bombardment of sly non-truths from media and advertising. It is easy to be drawn in. God’s word, however, beckons us to be filled with truth. We have a higher calling to honesty. When face to face with our dishonest and slandering culture, we can and should stand for truth and grace.
